Danforth is bordered on the east by East Grand Lake, separating the United States from Canada. On the west, by Upper and Lower Hot Brook Lakes. Each of these lakes are prime spots for fishing, boating, camping, and other leisurely activities, as well as viewing the stunning landscape that surrounds Danforth. Within Danforth and surrounding areas are ATV and snowmobile trails, hiking trails, and the Baskahegan River and Dam which is an excellent river to fish, canoe, and bird watch.
